Agreements with companies of the KBC Group

The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs that today the Company entered into agreements with the companies of the KBC Group, which is an international body operating in the banking and insurance sector. The parties of the signed agreements are respectively: Kredyt Bank S.A. based in Warsaw, TUiR Warta S.A. based in Warsaw, TUnŻ Warta S.A. based in Warsaw. Other companies of KBC group can also enter into the agreement.

The subject of the contracts is to provide technical support services (IMACD) for IT infrastructure as well as repair services (Break & Fix) for IT infrastructure in the units of Kredyt Bank SA, TUiR Warta SA, TUnŻ Warta SA throughout the country.

Contracts were concluded for a period of three years, with the possibility of termination after the initial period of two years.

The remuneration due to the Company for the provision of IT infrastructure repair services is dependent on the number of devices covered by the service, the list of which will be updated in quarterly cycles. Remuneration for the provision of IT infrastructure repair services is currently estimated at the net amount of PLN 3.8 million (for a period of three years). The remuneration due to the Company for the provision of technical support services of IT infrastructure is dependent on the actual number of orders received by the Company during the execution of contracts.
