With BPro, it is possible to move a significant portion of the processing logic and workflow processes to XML files external to the application code. The processing, which follows a specific definition, may be initiated either by the system or in result of an explicit invocation from any module, e.g. after a new user is created, a new customer is added, a new invoice is entered, etc.
The three core BPro components are:- process definitions stored in XML files
- QD — a component which initializes and manages a queue of messages waiting for processing
- XML interpreter which performs the processing.
- The Sekretariat document flow system. The system enables automatic registration of all documents incoming or outgoing to/from the company and their further processing and flow. It also provides a central document repository with defined retrieval and access rules.
- The CostCenter invoice registration system. The system helps to account for and control budgets allocated to field employees (sales representatives). It supports the invoice flow process from registration to accounting instructions, with up-to-date monitoring of the budget utilization.
- The Credit Delivery loan application processing system. It supports and automates the loan application processing based on predefined decision rules.
- The SZRek complaint processing system. It enables automation of processing requests, complaints, and comments in the company or another organization. It makes it possible to define paths for the complaint processing and to automate the document and process flow.
