It allows to optimise the use of the company’s machinery fleet, which is not assigned to specific persons. Thanks to this, the costs connected with maintenance of own transport fleet can be reduced. The car reservation system is a user-friendly application, which is handled with the help of an Internet browser.

This application is very useful as a system assisting the work of a company cars’ dispatcher. Due to a possibility of automatic car reservation by employees, a dispatcher only confirms the reservation of a specified car in accordance with the parameters (e.g. car type, anticipated date and time of reservation) defined by an employee. The dispatcher defines in the system all parameters concerning the cars owned by a company. After completing the travel, the employee registers necessary information in the system by completing a waybill form (e.g. mileage, refuelling, comments on the condition of a car, costs of parking, etc.).
