The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 12 June 2025 adopted the resolution on the payment of dividend. The total amount allocated to the payment of dividend was calculated as the product of the number of shares participating in the dividend and the amount of PLN 0.25 (i.e., the amount allocated to dividend per share). This amount, as at the day of the publication of this report, PLN equals 750,023.00. All shares issued by the Company shall be covered by the dividend. The dividend date shall be 18 June 2025, and the date of payment of the dividend 3 July 2025.
