At the same time, the Management Board of Talex S.A. informs that: pursuant to § 79 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), the company will not publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2021 and the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2022.
