The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs that today the Company has executed an annex to the agreement concluded with Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. Talex S.A. had informed of the conclusion of that agreement in current report No. 5/2011, with further amendments. The subject of the annex is to extend the scope of the agreement with additional IT services. The estimated gross value of the new services provided by the Company over the period of 5 years is estimated as PLN 6,466,876.29.
