The Management Board of TALEX S.A. hereby informs that, due to an obvious editorial error, the title given to Current Report No. 16/2025 published on 19 November 2025 was incorrect. Current Report No. 16/2025 should be entitled “Change of the publication date of the quarterly report (SA-Q3 2025)”. This current report constitutes a correction of Current Report No. 16/2025 published on 19 November 2025. Simultaneously, the Management Board of TALEX S.A. informs that this correction does not affect the remaining contents of Current Report 16/2025 published on 19 November 2025.
