Subject: Correction of the Quarterly Report (SA-Q3 2025)

Legal basis: Article 56 section 1 point 2 of the Public Offer of Financial Instruments Act - current and periodical information

The Management Board of TALEX S.A. hereby informs that the interim financial report for the third quarter of 2025 published on 24 November 2025 (SA-q3 2025) contained the following obvious editorial errors.

In the table “Selected Financial Data,” under the heading “Number of shares (pcs.) (at the end of the current quarter and the end of the previous financial year” – the correct value for all columns is 3,000,092 pieces.

In the table “Balance Sheet,” under the leading “Liabilities,” item “3. Short-term liabilities,” column two “State as at 2025-06-30” – the value 29,257 mistakenly indicated under the item “To related entities” should be indicated under the item  “3. Short-term liabilities” instead.

In the table “Cash Flow Statement,” section B “Cash flows from investment activities,” under the heading “II. Outflows,” column three “Third quarter of 2024” – the value of 268 should be indicated.

Simultaneously, the Company informs that a corrected interim report for the third quarter of 2025 (SA-Q3 2025), including the above corrections, shall be published without delay.
