The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby announces the publication dates of the Company’s periodic reports in the financial year 2026.

Consolidated quarterly reports:

SA-Q1 (2026) on 29 May 2026,

SA-Q3 (2026) on 27 November 2026.

Consolidated semi-annual report:

SA-P (2026) on 30 September 2026.

Annual report:

SA-R (2025) on 30 April 2026.

At the same time, the Management Board of Talex S.A. informs that, pursuant to Art. 83 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information passed by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Company will publish neither the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2025, nor the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2026.
