The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs that at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 2 June 2026, the following shareholders were entitled to at least 5% of the total number of votes during that meeting:

Janusz Gocałek, holding 758,793 shares, entitled to 894,793 votes, representing 33.30% of the number of votes at the General Meeting and 26.25% of the overall number of votes;

Jacek Klauziński, holding 758,793 shares, entitled to 894,793 votes, representing 33.30% of the number of votes at the General Meeting and 26.25% of the overall number of votes;

Andrzej Rózga, holding 758,793 shares, entitled to 894,793 votes, representing 33.30% of the number of votes at the General Meeting and 26.25% of the overall number of votes;
