Subject: Payment of the dividend

The Management Board of Talx S.A. hereby informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 2 June 2026 adopted the resolution on the payment of dividend. The total amount allocated to the payment of dividend was calculated as the product of the number of shares participating in the dividend (i.e., 3,000,092 shares) and the amount of PLN 1.20 (i.e., the amount allocated to dividend per share). This amount, as at the day of the publication of this report, equals PLN 3,600,110.40. All shares issued by the Company shall be covered by the dividend. The dividend date shall be 9 June 2026, and the date of payment of the dividend 3 July 2026.
