The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby announces that the Company has been made aware of the conclusion of an agreement with Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. with its seat in Toruń. The subject of the agreement is the delivery of hardware along with its associated IT services. It is a framework agreement in nature, which has been concluded for 3 years. The estimated gross value of the part of the agreement to be carried out in 2025 amounts to PLN 67 million. The actual total value of the agreement is dependent on the number and scope of the orders related to the subject of the agreement made by the Bank in the subsequent years while the agreement is in force.
