Semi-annual report:

• for H1 2026 - 30/09/2025

Annual Report:

• for 2025 - 30/04/2026

At the same time, the Management Board of Talex S.A. informs that, pursuant to § 83(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State, dated 6 June 2005, the Company will not publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2025 or the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2026.
