The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby announces the publication dates of the Company’s periodic reports in the financial year 2024:

Consolidated quarterly reports:

• for the first quarter of 2024 – 30/05/2024
• for the third quarter of 2024 – 29/11/2024

Consolidated semi-annual report:

• for the first half of 2024 – 30/09/2024

Annual report:

• for the 2023 – 30/04/2024

At the same time, the Management Board of Talex S.A. informs that pursuant to §79 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information passed by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), the Company will not publish neither the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023, nor the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2024.
