The Management Board of TALEX S.A. hereby informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 2 June 2026 adopted resolutions on the dismissal of the current members of the Supervisory Board, namely: Ms. Bogna Pilarczyk – President of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Witold Hołubowicz – Member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Andrzej Kurc – Member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Jacek Nowak – Member of the Supervisory Board, and Ms. Małgorzata Poprawska – Member of the Supervisory Board.

The Company previously informed, in the substantiation of draft resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders (Current Report No. 5/2026 of 5 May 2026), that the dismissal and appointment of the current Members of the Supervisory Board for the new joint term beginning immediately on 2 June 2026, was related to the need to bring into alignment the terms of the Company’s Supervisory and Management Boards.

The Management Board of TALEX S.A. also informs that the newly appointed Supervisory Board, during its meeting held on 2 June 2026, adopted resolutions on the dismissal of the current members of the Management Board, namely: Mr. Janusz Gocałek – President of the Management Board, Mr. Jacek Klauziński – Vice-President of the Management Board, Mr. Andrzej Rózga – Vice-President of the Management Board, Mr. Rafał Szałek – Member of the Management Board, and Mr. Radosław Wesołowski – Member of the Management Board.

The dismissal and reappointment of the current Members of the Management Board for the new joint term beginning immediately on 2 June 2026 was also related to the need to bring into alignment the terms of the Company’s Supervisory and Management Boards.
