The Management Board of TALEX S.A. hereby informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 2 June 2026 adopted resolutions on the appointment of the current members of the Supervisory Board, namely: Ms. Bogna Pilarczyk, Mr. Witold Hołubowicz, Mr. Andrzej Kurc, Mr. Jacek Nowak, and Ms. Małgorzata Poprawska for a new joint term of office beginning immediately on 2 June 2026.

The Management Board of TALEX S.A. also informs that the newly appointed Supervisory Board adopted resolutions on the appointment of the current members of the Management Board, namely: Mr. Janusz Gocałek, Mr. Jacek Klauziński, Mr. Andrzej Rózga, Mr. Rafał Szałek, and Mr. Radosław Wesołowski, for a new joint term of office beginning immediately on 2 June 2026.

Following the appointment of the Company’s governing bodies for the new joint term of office beginning on 2 June 2026, the composition of the aforementioned bodies is as follows:

Supervisory Board of TALEX S.A.:

Ms. Bogna Pilarczyk – President of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Witold Hołubowicz – Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Andrzej Kurc – Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Jacek Nowak – Member of the Supervisory Board

Ms. Małgorzata Poprawska – Member of the Supervisory Board

Management Board of TALEX S.A.:
