The Management Board of TALEX S.A. informs that on 29 June 2026 the Company received a decision of the District Court for Poznań – Nowe Miasto & Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division – Commercial Registry (KRS) on the registration by the Court of an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association on 25 June 2026. The amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association was adopted by the Resolution No. 30 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TALEX S.A. on 2 June 2026.

By Resolution No. 31 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TALEX S.A. of 2 June 2026, the unified text of the Company’s Articles of Association was adopted.

The Company presents the information on the changes to, and the unified text of, its Articles of Association in the attachment.
