The contents of the report:
Management of Talex S.A. informs that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on the 25th of April 2013 appointed five Members of the Supervisory Board. Also, on its meeting on the same day, the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed five Members of the Management Board.
The appointments to the Company's governing bodies were dictated by the expiration of the term of office of all Members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board. Due to the appointments – as compared to the previous term – there were neither personal changes nor changes on various positions in the governing bodies of the Company. Therefore, the composition of the Company's governing bodies is as follows:
The Supervisory Board:
- Bogna Pilarczyk
- Grzegorz Ganowicz
- Andrzej Kurc
- Marek Nawrocki
- Jacek Nowak
The Management Board:
- Janusz Gocałek – President of the Management Board
- Jacek Klauziński – Vice-President of the Management Board
- Andrzej Rózga – Vice-President of the Management Board
- Rafał Szałek – Member of the Management Board
- Radosław Wesołowski – Member of the Management Board

None of the appointed Members of the Company's governing bodies conduct any other business activity outside the Issuer, participate in any other competitive company as a partner of a civil partnership, business partnership or a member of a body of a capital group. Also, none of the appointed Members participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its body.
None of the appointed Members is recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
