The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby announces that the Company has been made aware of the conclusion of an agreement with the bank Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S. A. with its seat in Toruń. The agreement was concluded for the period of three years. Th subject of the agreement is the provision of technological and maintenance services covering the IT equipment and software used in the organizational units of the Bank, Agencies of the Bank, as well as in selected entities of the Bank’s Capital Group in Poland. Th total estimated net value of the services provided under this agreement over its three-year period (value of the agreement) is PLN 15.5 million. The actual total value of the agreement is dependent on the number and scope of services provided.
