The contents of the report:

The Management Board of Talex S.A. informs that in the period from 25 January 2013 (publication of the current report No. 4/2013) to the day of the issue of this report, the Company obtained a number of further orders form Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. with its seat in Wroclaw, which together meet the criterion of a significant agreement. The total value of the received orders is PLN 4.1 million. The largest of these orders is the order dated 27 March 2013 with the net value of PLN 203 thousand. The subject of the contract is the delivery of software.
