The contents of the report:

The management of Talex S.A. informs that the Company has received information on the reception of the order from Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. with its seat in Wroclaw. The subject of the order is the delivery of IT solutions with the value of PLN 6.25 million.

The provisions of the agreement shall not exclude the possibility of demanding compensation claims in line with general principles of the Civil Code by the contracting party.

The criterion to consider this agreement as significant: the amount of equity.
