The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs about the dates of publishing the Company's financial reports in 2014:

Semi-annual report:

• SA-P (2014) 29.08.2014

Annual report:

• SA-R (2013) 30.04.2014

At the same time, the Management of Talex S.A. informs that pursuant to §101 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information passed by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Law No. 33 item 259 of 28 February 2009), the Company will not publish the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2014.
