The contents of the report:

The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs that it intends to submit for the approval of the Supervisory Board the proposal to recommend to the General Meeting of Shareholders the resolution on distribution of profit for the year 2014 and payment of dividend in the current year.

The total amount proposed by the Management Board to be allocated to payment of dividend is PLN 5,388,085.80, which means that the amount of PLN 1.80 is attributed to every share in the dividend (as at the date of this report).
