The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs about the dates of publishing the Company's financial reports in 2016:

Quarterly reports:

• SA-Q1 (2016) 16.05.2016
• SA-Q3 (2016) 14.11.2016

Semi-annual report:

• SA-P (2016) 31.08.2016

Annual report:

• SA-R (2015) 21.03.2016

At the same time, the Management Board of Talex S.A. informs as follows:

• pursuant to §101 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information passed by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133), the Company will not publish the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2016.
• pursuant to §102 (1) of the Regulation and in connection with appropriate indication of the publication term of the annual report for 2015, as of the day of this report, the Company is not going to publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2015.
