The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby announces that the Company has concluded an agreement today with Livoni sp. z o.o. based in Komorniki. The subject of the agreement is the sale of the Company’s non-operational, undeveloped real estate for a gross price of PLN 8.61 million.
