The contents of the report:

The Management Board of Talex S.A. informs that today the Company signed the annex of 21 December 2018 to the agreement concluded with Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. about which the Company had informed in the current report No. 17/2011 and in the current report No. 4/2016. The subject of the annex is the extension of the scope of the IT services provision with the use of Data Center infrastructure. The services will be provided by the Company for 5 years and their value in that period is estimated at the net amount of PLN 3.6 million. The services covered by the agreement are certified outsourcing within the meaning of relevant provisions of the Banking Law.
