The contents of the report:
The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs about the receipt of the order (agreement) from Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. with its seat in Wroclaw. The subject of the agreement is the delivery of IT solutions. A total net value of the agreement, expressed in Euro, represents the equivalent of PLN 12.73 million. The provisions of the agreement do not exclude or restrict the right to claim damages. The criterion for the recognition of the agreement as significant: the amount of equity.
