The contents of the report:
The Management of Talex S.A. informs that the Company has received information on the reception of the order dated 30 September 2013 from Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. with its seat in Wroclaw.
The subject of the order is the delivery of IT solutions with the net value of USD 1.7 5 million which is equal to PLN 6.78 million.
The provisions of the agreement shall not exclude the possibility of demanding compensation claims by the contracting party in line with general principles of the Civil Code.
The criterion to consider this agreement as significant: the amount of equity.
