Jacek Klauziński, having 611,340 shares, entitled to 747,340 votes, which constitutes 46.72% of the number of votes at that General Assembly and 21.93% of total number of votes;

Andrzej Rózga, having 611,340 shares, entitled to 747,340 votes, which constitutes 46.72% of the number of votes at that General Assembly and 21.93% of total number of votes.
