Subject: Payment of the dividend

The Management Board of Talx S.A. hereby informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholdrs held on 5 June 2024 adopted the resolution on the payment of dividend. The total amount allocated to the payment of dividend shall be calculated as the product of the numbeer of shares participating in the dividend and the amount of PLN 0.90 (i.e., the amount allocated to dividend per share). As at the dat of the publication of this report, this amount is equal to PLN 2,700,082.80. All shares issud by the Company shall be covered by th dividend. The dividend date shall be 24 June 2004, and the date of payment of the dividend 2 July 2024.
