The contents of the report:

The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs that the Supervisory Board gave a favourable opinion on the decision of recommending to the General Meeting of Shareholders the resolution on the payment in the current year of a dividend in the amount of PLN 1.20 per share from the profit for the year 2017.

The total amount allocated to payment of dividend shall be calculated as the product of the number of shares participating in the dividend and the amount of PLN 1.20 (i.e., the amount allocated for dividend per share) and amounts to PLN 3,600,110.40.
