Subject: Correction of the content of periodic reports regarding the number of shares owned by a Member of the Management Board

The contents of the report:

The Management Board of Talex S.A. informs that the Company became aware of the existence of a discrepancy between the content of the previously published periodic reports and the actual state of affairs regarding the number of Company shares held by one of the managing persons (Member of the Management Board, Rafał Szałek). In periodic reports of the Company the number of 889 shares was indicated, while in fact Rafał Szałek is the holder of 290 shares. The above inaccuracy was a result of a misunderstanding and not an intentional mistake. Having been informed by Rafał Szałek about the above error, the Company, without undue delay, decided to make an appropriate correction by publishing, together with the publication of the next periodic report, the actual number of shares held by a Member of the Management Board, Rafał Szałek.

It should be mentioned that both the actual shareholding of the Member of the Management Board, Rafał Szałek, and the shareholding disclosed so far in periodic reports are insignificant in relation to the share capital and the total number of votes resulting from the Company’s shares. In the scale of the whole share capital these are trace values. In both cases these are values of the share capital calculated in part-per-thousand. Consequently, this defect did not and could not have had any impact on the share price or the valuation of the Company, nor on the decision-making process of the Company’s bodies.
